Vehicle Sales — AS-IS

All vehicles sold by Interstate Motors are sold AS-IS, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of sale.

This means:

  • Vehicle returns are not accepted once a sale is completed
  • No refunds are offered after delivery or pickup
  • All sales are final

This applies to cash purchases, in-house arrangements, and third-party financing.


Vehicle Condition & Disclosure

We make every reasonable effort to disclose known information about each vehicle prior to sale. Customers are encouraged to:

  • Inspect vehicles in person
  • Ask questions before purchasing
  • Review vehicle history reports when available
  • Obtain a pre-purchase inspection if desired

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the vehicle in its current condition.


Repairs, Goodwill & Customer Care

While we do not offer returns or refunds, we stand behind our customers.

In certain situations — and entirely at our discretion — Interstate Motors may provide:

  • Goodwill support
  • Partial repair assistance
  • Guidance on next steps

These actions are not warranties or guarantees, but part of our commitment to honest customer care.


Preferred Vendors & Customer Support Network

Interstate Motors works with trusted third-party vendors throughout Florida, including body shops, mechanics, and automotive service providers.

Through these relationships, we may extend preferred pricing or discounts to our customers when available.

We may assist by:

  • Referring customers to trusted vendors
  • Helping coordinate services
  • Sharing available discounted rates
  • Providing guidance on repair options

All third-party services are handled directly between the customer and the service provider. Interstate Motors is not responsible for work completed by outside vendors but remains available to help customers navigate solutions when needed.


Warranty Options

Some vehicles may qualify for third-party extended service contracts or optional warranty products.

  • Warranty coverage is provided by the warranty company, not Interstate Motors
  • Coverage is subject to the provider’s terms and conditions

Deposits

Vehicle deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

Deposits are used to reserve vehicles and remove them from active sale.


No Trial Period

Interstate Motors does not offer trial periods, return windows, or cooling-off periods.


Legal Compliance

This policy complies with Florida laws governing used vehicle sales.
